Employed at our offices in Chorley, Lancashire, you’ll be tasked with performing a wide-range of customer service duties revolving around our training and assessment services. These services may include fielding inbound telephone calls, answering emails, processing bookings, uploading student results, applying for certificates and a host of other service-centric activities to our customers.
Outside of the role-specific duties, there will also be opportunities to undertake formal training and qualifications, participate in internal training and development workshops, and to support other areas of the business (e.g., sales, operations) to allow you to grow and progress within the business.
We are a fast-paced organisation that embraces technology to drive efficiency. Therefore, you’ll need to be PC literate, have good attention to detail, and not be afraid to ask for help when it is needed. You’ll also need to be a strong team player with a passion for helping others and focusing on team wins over individual performance.
The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of £22,044 per annum and 22 days paid holidays, plus bank holidays. The company also operates a holiday bonus programme, where 1 extra day’s holiday is accrued for every year of service.
In addition, the company operates a free staff training system, where employees can effectively complete our qualifications free of charge.

The successful candidate will primarily be employed at our offices in Chorley, Lancashire.
Learner Support Tutors are primarily responsible for providing ongoing tuition, support and guidance to facilitate students in the achievement of their respective qualification(s).
The successful applicant(s) will be rewarded with a salary of £21,000-23,000 per annum.
